Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Soul Logic LLC ("Soul Logic," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at soullogic.io (the "Site"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to operate the Site securely.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), and message you provide. You choose what to share — please don't include sensitive personal information in a message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) records standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and user agent, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and operating the Site. When you submit the contact form, the submission is recorded together with the originating IP address and user agent for those same purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic such as page views and referrers. Umami is cookieless, does not collect personal information or build profiles of individual visitors, and requires no consent banner. We do not use Google Analytics or similar advertising-oriented trackers.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, spam, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How information is stored and processed
Contact submissions are transmitted to, and stored on, infrastructure we operate on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and are imported into our internal customer-relationship system. Submissions held in intermediate storage are automatically deleted after 90 days. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf (for example, Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage), and only as needed to provide and secure the Site. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Data retention
We keep contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and otherwise as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Intermediate storage of unprocessed submissions expires automatically after 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, or ask us not to contact you, by emailing sales@soullogic.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be reflected here.
